Filmed at Studio 2 with a live group of participants join Dan and Lisa from SobeyFitness as we squat, stretch, curl, reach and extend through a collection of different Yoga and Pilates based Yogalates sessions.
Suitable for all, these sessions allows modifications to make it more achievable and beneficial to the fitness newbie and adaptable to become more challenging for the more proficient Yoga and Pilates regular!
